The project is being capitalized at approximately $108.5 million, reflecting a basis of ~$880,000 per key, which compares favorably to recent Napa Valley transactions exceeding $1.2 million per key for institutional-grade luxury assets.

Positioned steps from the Oxbow Public Market and Napa Wine Train Depot, the Kimpton Napa Hotel Oxbow will serve as the anchor of the downtown entertainment corridor, catering to both leisure and corporate demand. The property will feature a rooftop bar and lounge, spa and wellness facilities, flexible event spaces, among other amenities - all designed in Napa’s signature farmhouse style by renowned local architect Howard Backen.
