## Danny Gould

Founder and CEO

Danny Gould founded Gould Capital on a simple premise: sponsors deserve a capital markets partner who speaks both languages, the operator’s and the allocator’s. As a boutique capital advisory firm specializing in CRE and corporate finance, Gould Capital helps sponsors secure debt and equity across all major CRE sectors and specialized corporate financings, from ground-up development to acquisitions, refinancings, and more. Danny’s network runs deep across single- and multi-family offices, private credit and debt funds, private equity, and institutional allocators, relationships he has spent many years developing.

Before founding Gould Capital, Danny co-managed a hotel fund, where he led capital formation. That operator-level fluency shows up in every engagement: he pressure-tests the underwriting before capital ever sees it, then translates the deal into the language and story lenders and investors actually look for. Danny also hosts the *Investing Secrets Podcast* and is a proud Stanford University alumnus.
